Returns Policy

CRYSTALP guarantees the quality of the material and the production process for 6 months. This guarantee is offered to the direct customer only.

Quality Certificate Booklet must accompany each Sale, this booklet is to be stamped with the Retailers details and the date of purchase for the warranty to be valid.

The Quality Booklet covers the warranty information to the end customer, this booklet describes how to look after your fashion jewellery.

The warranty covers, manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, blistered plating, crystal falling out of setting.

The warranty does not cover any mistreatment of the piece, which may include a chipped crystal, scratched plating or the metal colour has altered from the likes of contact with too much water, perfume, cleaning products or from normal wear and tear.

As our Jewellery in imported from Austria, we do not repair pieces, we will order a replacement for the same piece.  In the event that that piece in no longer available then an alternative piece to the same value can be chosen.
Please note that each piece must be returned with the completed returns form, the quality care booklet and proof of purchase. ** We do not accept returns due to change of mind purchases.

ALP reserves the right to decline the replacement/credit if the returned goods are deemed to be outside the scope of the warranty

Freight on warranty items being sent to CRYSTALP is the retailers cost. The cost to send the replacement is CRYSTALP cost.
